A pair of identical copies of the same postcard, containing a print from a painting by the Polish-Jewish painter Maurycy Trńbacz (1861-1941), of a student and his rabbi look at gemara books, during an argument. On one of the postcards was printed in brown-sepia shades, while the other was printed in black and white. Each of the postcards carries a different number in the series of postcards "Lebanon". According to these numbers, one was produced in 1903, while the other was produced at the beginning of the second decade of the 20th century. The postcards were printed with the name of the artist and the name of the work in Hebrew and German (on the printing in brown sepia, later) or in French (on the first print, from 1903), and their number was also specified. On the back of the postcards was printed the trademark of "Lebanon" Publishing. Both postcards are divided postcards. These postcards were not used and were removed from the collection of "Lebanon" postcards donated to the National Library in 1939 by the publisher's editor-in-chief, Mr. Benjamin Mintz, Warsaw.
