Reminiscences on resuming publication of <i>Acta Physica Sinica</i> in 1974

<i>Acta Physica Sinica</i> (Chinese version) resumed its publication in January 1974, after an unplanned suspension of publication for seven and half years. This paper presents some reminiscences about this event, including some background stories as well as the hard and passionate work of elderly generations of Chinese physicists.
