Eesti Haridusteaduste Ajakirja erinumbri teema on "Ettevõtlikkuse ja ettevõtlusõppe arendamine põhikoolist kõrgkoolini". See erinumber on pisut tavapäratu, kuna kasvatusteadlastele lisaks on kaasatud ajakirja väljaandmisse ettevõtlusõppejõud ja majandusteadlased. Autorite hulgast leiab peale haridusvaldkonna eest põhiliselt vastutavate Tallinna Ülikooli ja Tartu Ülikooli õppejõudude ka õppejõude Tallinna Tehnikaülikoolist, Estonian Business Schoolist ja Eesti Ettevõtluskõrgkoolist Mainor. Eesmärk on neil aga ühine: käsitleda ettevõtte loomise või selle arendamise protsessi kompleksselt, juhtides tähelepanu vajadusele kujundada ettevõtlusõppe kaudu õppijate arusaama ettevõtjast ja ettevõtlikkusest (huvi, hoiakud, innovaatilisus), ettevõttest ja selle majandustegevuse eri külgedest, samuti ühiskonnast.
