Desplazamiento forzado en Colombia: enfoque de justicia de Amartya Sen

The article aims to contribute to the reflection on justice around the policiespromoted by the Colombian State to overcome the effects of obliged displacement, whichhave not managed to improve the life circumstances of those who cross it; It is necessaryto give a new perspective to this situation. For this, the phenomenon is analyzed fromthe approach of Justice of Amartya Sen, taking the concepts of capacity and opportunitywhich revealed the presence of political and economic assistance and the absence of realopportunities to access rights and fundamental freedoms. The methodological approachof the present study corresponds to the qualitative type. Since the present article is of areflexive type, the subjectivity of the author is allowed to interpret a situation in the lightof the theory. In this case, an in-depth review of Amartya Sen’s literature was carried outin order to analyze justice and its relationship with the policies of attention to people in asituation of displacement
