DICIONÁRIOS BILINGUES NO AUXILIO DA TRADUÇÃO POÉTICA DE EDGAR ALLAN POE

O presente trabalho busca fazer uma tradução do poema A Dream Within A Dream de Edgar Allan Poe observando como os dicionários bilíngues podem auxiliar no processo. A tradução será dividida em duas partes: na primeira etapa, é feita uma tradução mais literal do texto. Para algumas palavras no final dos versos, é feita uma listagem de significados encontrados nos dicionários para que auxiliem na construção das rimas. Após isso, é feita uma segunda tradução do texto adequando-o à língua de chegada de modo a ter uma estrutura métrica e de rimas mais parecida com o poema original. A partir desta tradução, são apontadas algumas considerações sobre a eficácia destes dicionários durante o processo.
