At the time when his reign has coming to the end Tiberius built a huge temple, dedicated to his father - the Devine Augustus. In that temple he also established a library. Until now, no material evidence, that would be helpful in the determination of the exact location of the temple and the library, as well as in the determination of their size and appearance, have been reviled. Assumptions about those facts, as well as about internal organization of the library, its collections, accessibility of collection to the general public and users and services that have been provided in the library, can be made only on the basis of several sources found in the litarature where templum divi Augusti and its library were mentioned.
