Kampmann as the two-headed Janus. On his one hand the sun and city idyll shine, on the other hand there are highway bridges and storm clouds. Kampmann is in a bit of a dilemma. He works on the one hand to create more and better roads in Copenhagen, while on the other he is the Minister of the Environment, which is in direct contradiction to more traffic.
