Henry Kissinger and William Yandell Elliott: Mail-tampering, etc.,

Abstract I Did Not request the FBI document concerning Henry Kissinger that I am about to discuss. I did not know it existed. It simply showed up in a large collection of Harvard materials. Nor do I know why the FBI left Kissinger’s name undeleted. Serendipitously, the document suggests much about Kissinger and about the activities in the secret intelligence services of so many leading political and academic figures early in their careers.
