ISKHAKOV FAZYL GARIFOVICH - A RESEARCHER OF THE KHAKASS LANGUAGE

Статья посвящена научной и педагогической деятельности известного ученого, тюрколога Ф. Г. Исхакова. Его имя навсегда вошло в историю отечественного языкознания послеоктябрьского периода. Все его труды относятся к числу важнейших трудов, которые определяют специфические черты тюркологии того времени. Объектом исследовательских работ Ф. Г. Исхакова, прежде всего, были тюркские языки в их современном состоянии: хакасский, тувинский, ногайский и татарский языки. По направлению научных исследований он был очень близок Н. Ф. Катанову. В своих работах Ф. Г. Исхаков, как и Катанов, использовал материалы различных тюркских языков, находил и констатировал явления, которые ранее не были описаны, обращал особое внимание на внутреннее богатство языков, определял специфику функционирования языковых единиц различных пластов. Ф. Г. Исхаков много внимания уделял проблемам народного образования, развитию культуры и науки, воспитанию национальной интеллигенции. С деятельностью Ф. Г. Исхакова в Хакасии связано открытие хакасского отделения Абаканского учительского института, областной национальной средней школы, ХакНИИЯЛИ. Будучи инспектором отдела народного образования, он побывал почти во всех национальных школах, оказывал практическую помощь учителям и преподавателям родного и русского языков. Читал лекции по различным вопросам фонетики, грамматики и лексики хакасского языка на курсах повышения квалификации учителей при Хакасском институте усовершенствования учителей, на краткосрочных курсах по подготовке учителей.
The article is devoted to the scientific and pedagogical activities of the famous scientist, Turkologist F. G. Iskhakov. His name has forever entered the history of Russian linguistics after the October Period. All his works are among the most important works that define the specific features of the Turkology of that time. The object of F. G. Iskhakov's research works was primarily the Turkic languages in their current state: Khakass, Tuvan, Nogai, and Tatar languages. In the area of scientific research, he was very close to N. F. Katanov. In his works F. G. Iskhakov, like Katanov, used materials of various Turkic languages, found and stated phenomena that had not been described before, paid special attention to the internal richness of languages, determined the specifics of functioning of linguistic units from various layers. F.G. Iskhakov paid much attention to the problems of public education, the development of culture and science, and the education of the national clerisy. F.G. Iskhakov's activities in Khakassia are connected with the opening of the Khakass Branch of the Abakan Teachers' Institute, the Regional National Secondary School, Khakass Research Institute for Language, Literature, and History. As an inspector of the Department of Public Education, he visited almost all national schools, provided practical assistance to teachers and lecturers of native and Russian languages. He lectured on various issues of phonetics, grammar, and vocabulary of the Khakass language at teacher training courses at the Khakass Institute for Teachers' Advanced Training and at short - term teacher training courses.
