The Practice of Feminist Criticism on Sherko Bekas’s book (Bracelet)

Research on poetic subjects and its content is an important part of the critical process, and it is an attempt to present the concepts and main messages of any literary text based on some feminist perspectives the study tried to analyze the essence and content of Sherko Bekas's (Bracelet). The narrator and the main characters in the poetic story are women Therefore, by choosing this theme for analysis, we can get into the content of the text and the poet's mind, as well as by introducing feminist criticism and practicing this criticism, which is somewhat moral and social criticism, we get the Sherko Bekas's views as a prominent figure in the field of women's rights and gender, discourse and different meanings in the text. This study tried to answer several questions, including: Is Sherko a feminist? How close are the themes and discourses of this text to the content and goals of feminists?  Is there any despair about the case of women in the poet's feelings like most of society and women themselves? Or how much does Sherko think as a society? Although he has always advocated women's rights and freedoms. This research helps to identify the hidden discourses that directly and indirectly affect the readers and society.
