Report on the Pottery Found in the 2022 Excavations of Houses NH5, NH9, NH12 in the City of Amunhotep III in Western Thebes

The Golden City (“Dazzling Aten”) that dates to the era of King Amenhotep III was revealed in 2021 in the area north of Medinet Habu by the Egyptian mission headed by Zahi Hawass. The excavation recovered a large group of pottery of various shapes and sizes. This article focuses on the complete pottery vessels from houses NH 5, NH9, and NH12 of the residential neighborhood.
