Diseño y construcción de una cámara termográfica para determinar el mapa de calor de un polín en una faja transportadora

This research work describes the design and construction of a thermographic camera to determine the heat map of an idler on a conveyor belt. The problem encountered was that due to the constant work carried out, the idler often gets hot and could damage the belt and even cause fires. The hardware was built into low-cost electronic devices such as a credit card-sized motherboard called the Raspberry Pi, an Arduino microcontroller, a proximity temperature sensor, and a heat map sensor. After applying the prototype in the conveyor belt of the ECONSA construction aggregates production company, located in Pachachaca Abancay, it can be concluded that the created system is used to monitor the temperature of a pollen in a conveyor belt; Likewise, it was possible to show the heat map to visualize the heating of the idler.
