Construction of Isoxazole ring: An Overview

In the present review, we are studying several routes for synthesizing the isoxazole ring from published literature. In the discussion part, a number of the authors have selected easily handled, low hazardous, less consuming time, and greenery approaches method to isoxazole synthesized. Isoxazole is a five-membered heterocycle whose isoxazole ring is formed by cyclization, condensation, addition, etc., and other reactions. Isoxazole derivatives are one of the leading drugs in the medicinal field, and they showed good to excellent results against microbes.
