The Exploration and Innovation of Green Assets Securitization

Abstract
Green assets securitization is an important part of the green financial systematic construction. Recently, green assets securitization has developed rapidly with a stimulus of good domestic polices and increasement in green financial demand. This thesis analyzes the definition, key elements, advantages and problems of Green assets securitization and studies the cases of it. Researching the innovation of Guangyang Isle’s Green assets securitization to broaden paths and possibilities for green assets securitization.
