As of Dec 31 2006, Co. owned 30 outlet centers, with a total gross leasable area, or GLA, of approximately 8.4 million square feet. These factory outlet centers contained over 1,800 stores, representing approximately 380 store brands. In addition, Co. owns a 50.0% interest in two outlet centers with a GLA of approximately 667,000 square feet and managed for a fee three outlet centers with a GLA of approximately 293,000 square feet.
