ECONOMIC POTENTIAL OF REDEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL AREAS

The study of the economic potential of redevelopment of industrial territories is an urgent task due to the need for rational use of urban land, improving the efficiency of industrial zones and creating new jobs. The paper presents the classification of redevelopment projects depending on the depth of transformation and highlights the main economic effects of redevelopment of industrial territories. The article considers the problem of effective utilization of industrial heritage in Russia, as well as the issues of preservation and development of cultural monuments.
