HANDLING ROOM RESERVATION AT JUMANA ULUWATU

This dissertation focuses on exploring how to handle reservations in the hospitality industry in Bali. The study aims to know how to handle reservations and its potential implementation in the industry. The research based on the study literature approach with diverse departments was interviewed. This Analysis was used to analyze the data using with previous literature on handling reservations. The Findings indicate that handling room reservations is based on technology and the policy of the hotel. Moreover, the study highlights that technology impacts handling reservations. Additionally, manual reservations and fewer potential employees of the hotel using reservation technology were identified as negative examples of handling reservations. However, due to the limited data, no definitive conclusions can be drawn. Therefore, this journal offers a general discussion on handling reservations in the hospitality industry.
