Книга “Questo libro fu di Andrea Palladio”. Il codice Destailleur B de l’Ermitage (2015), выпущенная О. Ландзарини и Р. Мартинис, представляет собой первую научную публикацию сборника итальянских архитектурных рисунков XVI в., хранящегося в научной библиотеке Государственного Эрмитажа. В рецензии рассматривается история изучения этого альбома, который имел особое значение в эволюции архитектурного рисунка эпохи Ренессанса и вызывал большой интерес у исследователей XIX-XXI вв. Далее Е.А. Ефимова вступает в полемику с авторами книги по ряду важных вопросов, включающих атрибуцию альбома, возможность его связи с наследием А. В итоге автор приходит к выводу о наличии в книге, несмотря на многие достоинства, существенных недостатков, главным из которых она считает изолированное рассмотрение альбома Destailleur B в отрыве от его параллелей в архитектурной графике XVI-XVII вв. Book “Questo libro fu di Andrea Palladio”. Il codice Destailleur B de l’Ermitage (2015), published by O. Landzarini and R. Martinis, is the first scholarly publication of a collection of 16th-century Italian architectural drawings held in the State Hermitage Research Library. The review examines the history of the study of this album, which was of particular importance in the evolution of the architectural design of the Renaissance and aroused great interest among researchers of the 19th-21st centuries. The author highly appreciates the quality of the album's catalog of drawings, made at the modern scientific level, taking into account the latest publications on the topic, and considers the main provisions and conclusions of the study. Further, E.A. Efimova enters into a debate with the authors of the book on a number of important issues, including the attribution of the album, the possibility of its connection with the legacy of A. Palladio, its relationship with its closest analogues, interaction with other authors and the relationship with famous collections of Renaissance drawings on antique subjects. As a result, the author comes to the conclusion that, despite many advantages, the book has significant shortcomings, the main of which she considers the isolated consideration of the Destailleur B album in isolation from its parallels in the architectural graphics of the 16th-17th centuries. She considers it necessary to release a new edition based on a detailed study of the original drawings and including the album in question in a broad historical context.
