Shaddharanam, Dasamoola-rasnapanchakam kashayam, Balarishtam, Aswagandha tablet Rasadhatu gata jvara kashayam internally and Dhanyamla dhara, Rukshavasti, Ruksha-pindasveda and Takradhara externally, Yoga and Smriti meditation alongside significant reductions in symptoms were observed.  This case study highlights how crucial an integrated approach is for clinical settings, particularly psychosomatic illnesses.
