Supplemental Figures from Arl13b Promotes Gastric Tumorigenesis by Regulating Smo Trafficking and Activation of the Hedgehog Signaling Pathway

IMPDH inhibitor MPA reduces the interaction of Arl13b and Smo. Arl13b regulates activity of Smo. Arl13b regulates Hh signaling activity. Knockdown of Arl13b inhibits the proliferation, migration and invasion of gastric cancer cells. Overexpression of Arl13b promotes the proliferation, migration and invasion of gastric cancer cells. Knockdown of Arl13b inhibits the growth of SGC7901 cells in vivo. Anti-Smo and Anti-Arl13b antibodies effectively and specifically recognize the indicated proteins. Arl13b expression at RNA level is elevated in gastric cancer tissues.
