CORPORATE PASSPORT FOR REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH OF RURAL RESIDENTS OF ALTAI KRAI

Introduction. Demographic situation in Russia and in the Altai Krai is quite difficult and it dictates the needs to find new approaches for organizing protecting reproductive health measures of the population. The most vulnerable for providing preventive medical care are residents of rural areas, which in the Altai Krai is more then 50,0% of the population. Questionnaires are obligatory part the reproductive health assessing, and the specialists visits of the enterprises can significantly increase the effectiveness of the first stage of medical examination, create a "reproductive health passport" for residents of a particular village, enterprise employees, and accelerate the implementation of preventive, personalized health programs.
Objective. Formation of a corporate passport for the reproductive health of employees in the food industry of the Altai Krai.
Materials and Methods. Using the software "Risk Modificator", developed by scientists at ASMU, which includes questionnaires for health screening, an assessment of reproductive health and reproductive attitudes, as well as risk factors for the development of chronic non-communicable diseases, was conducted among 113 respondents aged 18-49 (93 women and 20 men) who are employees of the food industry in the Altai Krai. Additionally, anthropometric data (height /weight) were determined, blood pressure was measured. Health groups, severity of risk factors for the development of chronic non-communicable diseases were established, taking into account gender differences. Statistical analysis was performed on a personal computer using the MS SQL Server 2008 R2 (Transact-SQL) program.
Results. The respondent’s majority were at advanced reproductive age (65.6% of women and 75.0% of men). The gynecological diseases frequency was 67.7%, and andrological – 10.0%. Insufficient adherence to highly reliable methods of contraception (58.1%) was found and a high proportion of abortions (31.2%) were noted. Most of the woman has babies (82.7%), large families were seen in 16.1%, infertile marriage in 5.4% of cases, 25.8% of women and 65.0% of men were interested in having more children. The leading risk factors for the development of chronic non-infection diseases and infertility, without gender differences, were excess body weight (63.7%) and obesity, the psychosocial factor (stress) (69.1%).
Conclusion. According to the survey results, health group 1 consisted of 6.5% women and 45.0% men, group 2 – 25.8%, 30.0%, group 3 – 67.7%, and 25.0%, respectively; corporate and personalized recommendations were presented.
