BOLI ASOCIATE GASTROENTERITEI CU ROTAVIRUS LA COPIII INTERNAŢI ÎN SPITALUL CLINIC DE BOLI INFECŢIOASE CONSTANŢA

Studiul nostru a inclus 505 de copii spitalizaţi în Spitalul Clinic de Boli Infecţioase Constanţa în 2011-2012 cu gastroenterită cu rotavirus. Am analizat fişele medicale ale pacienţilor şi am extras datele demografice, temperatura, frecvenţa vărsăturilor şi a scaunelor diareice. Am împărţit grupul de cazuri în 4 grupe: asocierea cu infecţii respiratorii (IR) – 160 cazuri, cu infecţii digestive (IDB) – 52 cazuri, boali eruptive (BE) – 11 cazuri şi un grup de infecţii cu rotavirus fără alte asociaţii – 282 de cazuri. S-au constatat diferenţe semnificative între cele patru grupuri în ceea ce priveşte numărul de scaune, numărul de vărsături, valoarea medie a temperaturii maxime, valoarea medie a zilelor de spitalizare.
