Nature is in harmony and balance of its factors. A change in one of the natural factors such as: natural resources, climate, terrain configuration, hydrography or a change in the factors of created conditions: economy, demography, historical heritage, urban achievements, etc., causes disturbances in the others. Urbanism is the broadest and most complex area of architecture that has the task of arranging, placing and grouping all architectural objects and other material elements of the city, so that the city represents a single planned, organized spatial entity that will have optimal living conditions. Urban plans are prepared in the form of pre-feasibility studies, and the content of the allocation-structural plan is, first of all, the development of a general framework for spatial and urban development, and secondly, the development and arrangement of old and new residential areas. Cities and blocks have developed through historical events in urban planning, and a residential block is part of an urban housing unit, intended for the construction of residential buildings and associated facilities with communal and recreational areas.
