In deze bijdrage wordt ingegaan op de extra risico’s waarmee opdrachtgevers worden geconfronteerd door de Wet aanpak schijnconstructies. Na een korte inleiding over de eisen van de wet wordt een tekstsuggestie aangereikt voor een regeling waarmee in ieder geval gedeeltelijk aan die eisen kan worden voldaan.
