Silvan has a rich oral culture. Weddings are also the most important part of this culture. Depending on historical and social changes, weddings have constantly changed. The very old wedding tradition changed in the early 1980s. It was replaced by a 20-year-old wedding tradition. We have covered every stage of this tradition in detail.
