PELATIHAN PRODUKSI KONTEN MEDIA SOSIAL INSTAGRAM SEBAGAI MEDIA KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI

Perkembangan internet dan media sosial membuka peluang bagi organisasi untuk berkomunikasi secara lebih luas dengan publiknya. Organisasi diharapkan bisa menjadi sumber informasi yang informatif dan edukatif untuk masyarakatnya. Pengelola organisasi diharapkan memiliki kemampuan mengelola media sosial sekaligus memproduksi konten untuk media sosial organisasinya. Namun terkadang, pengurus organisasi masih belum memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang cukup untuk mengelola dan memproduksi konten Instagram organisasinya, untuk itu diharapkan  ada solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Salah satu organisasi yang bersinggungan langsung dengan masyarakat adalah RPTRA (Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak). Melihat permasalahan tadi, tim pengabdi menginisiasi kegiatan pelatihan produksi konten media sosial bagi pengelola RPTRA. Kegiatan ini berisi rangkaian pemaparan materi dan lomba aktivasi Instagram. Kegiatan diselenggarakan selama satu bulan dengan tiga kali pertemuan, yaitu pemaparan materi, evaluasi konten Instagram, dan pengumuman pemenang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dinilai cukup efektif untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang produksi konten media sosial sekaligus membangkitkan semangat pengelola untuk aktif dalam mengunggah konten di media sosial RPTRA-nya.  Kata kunci— media sosial, Instagram, RPTRA, pengabdian masyarakat The development of the internet and social media opens up opportunities for organizations to communicate more broadly with their public. The organization is expected to be an informative and educative source of information for its people. Organizational managers are expected to have the ability to manage social media while producing content for their organization's social media. But sometimes, the organization manager still does not have enough knowledge and ability to manage and produce his organization's Instagram content, for that there is expected to be a solution to solve the problem. One of the organizations that intersect directly with the community is RPTRA (Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak). Based on that problem, we initiated social media content production training activities for RPTRA managers. This activity contains exposure of material about social media and Instagram activation competitions. The event was held for one month with three meetings, they are material exposure, evaluation of Instagram content, and announcement of winners. This community service activity is considered effective enough to provide knowledge about the production of social media content while encouraging managers to be active in uploading content on their RPTRA’s social media.  Keywords— social media, Instagram, RPTRA, community service
