Perspective sources of natural dyes from vegetative raw material

One of the growing industrial purposes Fig Opuntia (lat. Opuntia ficus-indica L.) in Morocco is a natural dye. The antioxidant activity of the juices of prickly pear fruits has been evaluated, in vitro, by DPPH* test. A comparative analysis of the antioxidant activity of the culture: Peach prickly pear (Opuntia ficus indica L.), used in countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and which can be introduced in the arid regions of Russia, including the Republic of Crimea.
