The phenomenon of unconstitutional values in legal science and practice

The discussion in legal science about the existence of values that are opposed to constitutional ones is considered. The validity of such values is proved. To designate them, the category "unconstitutional values" is introduced. The essence and practical significance of this phenomenon are being clarified. The justification is provided by domestic and foreign legal practice. The special role of the constitutional control bodies in identifying and overcoming unconstitutional values and aspirations is shown. It is noted that the latter may arise as a result of constitutional justice. The urgency of the problem associated with unconstitutional values in the digital age is emphasized.
