Tumor de Buschke-Löwenstein em Paciente com Histórico de HPV e Comorbidades

O tumor de Buschke-Löwenstein (TBL) é uma forma rara e agressiva de condiloma acuminado que pode estar associado ao Papilomavírus Humano (HPV) tipos 6 e 11. Este relato de caso descreve o manejo clínico de uma paciente de 54 anos com histórico de diabetes mellitus tipo 2, hanseníase e histórico de infecção por HPV, que desenvolveu TBL na região vulvar. Após tratamento inicial com cauterização e ressecção cirúrgica sem sucesso, optou-se pelo uso de Imiquimod, um imunomodulador que demonstrou eficácia significativa, resultando em regressão das lesões. Este caso enfatiza a importância de um tratamento multimodal, levando em consideração as comorbidades do paciente e a natureza invasiva do TBL.
