Leslie Marmon Silko opublikowała Storyteller w 1981 r. To dzieło ukazało się na polskim rynku jako Opowiadaczka z Puebla Laguna (Wydawnictwo Tipi, 2024 r.). Jest to pierwsza książka Silko przetłumaczona na język polski. Forma dzieła wymyka się gatunkowym ramom, ale nazwa „kolaż autobiograficzny” wydaje się celna.
