Some peculiar aspects of lawmaking improvement

В статье исследуются отдельные аспекты законодательного процесса в Российской Федерации, касающиеся проблем законотворчества и законодательной техники. Проблемы законотворчества рассматриваются с конституционно-правовой точки зрения, сегодняшних направлений развития законотворческой техники, изучается правовая основа для решения вышеуказанных проблем. Актуальность исследования заключается в рассмотрении понятия законотворчества с позиции особенностей федерального и регионального законодательного процесса в контексте конституционно правовых аспектов с учетом основных тенденций развития политико-правовой мысли Республики Дагестан.
