В статье рассматривается краткая история возникновения и развития знаков различия (погон) Министерства речного флота СССР – важного элемента ведомственной форменной одежды. Приводится описание их внешнего вида и технологии изготовления. The article discusses a brief history of the emergence and development of insignia (shoulder straps) of the Ministry of the River Fleet of the USSR – an important element of departmental uniforms. A description of their appearance and manufacturing technology is given.
