4 • La governance e il coordinamento delle reti
View through CrossRef
The network of firms is a lever to increase bargaining power, to facilitate entry into a new market or process and product innovation. These results can be achieved if the collaboration between the partners is well organised during the life cycle of the network. Therefore, a network between organisations should be well supported by a set of effective and efficient coordination mechanisms. The chapter will analyse which co-ordination mechanisms the networks may choose, which are the most implemented and what are their strengths and weaknesses.
