“Firdavsu-l iqbol” – the first experience of Agahi in artistic and historical prose

The article examines the literary and aesthetic value of the work "Firdavsu-l Iqbol", begun by Shermuhammad Munis, then continued and completed by Muhammad Rizo Agahi. Although historical events are described, it is analyzed that this work has a high artistic value in terms of the fact that it is written on the basis of saj, the style of poetic expression, the examples of poems of different genres. It has been scientifically proven that "Firdasu-l-Iqbol", as a perfect example of Uzbek literary and historical prose, served as a unique creative experiment for Agahi's works of this type.
