A new overall approach to psychosocial risk prevention and well-being development

L’objectif de cet article de recherche est de proposer une nouvelle démarche de prévention des risques psychosociaux. En s’appuyant sur une méthodologie de recherche-intervention, cette étude présente un nouveau modèle selon trois niveaux : 1) la compréhension des relations entre la santé et le travail ; 2) le développement des leviers d’action au niveau de l’individu et de l’organisation pour réduire les risques psychosociaux ; 3) la mise en place du processus de changement. Cette étude s’appuie sur une intervention au sein d’une entreprise française du bâtiment. Elle présente les différents résultats obtenus suite à la mise en place de cette nouvelle démarche de prévention des risques psychosociaux.
