The importance of branding, particularly in terms of variety and taste diversity, was emphasized once again. The abstracts submitted to the 11th Congress underwent peer review by ACG Publications, and authors were asked to make necessary corrections with scientific rigor. Each abstract is published with its original DOI number in the 11th Olive Oil and Table Olive special issue of Records of Agricultural and Food Chemistry. These abstracts will be indexed in the Web of Science Research Commons database, and authors who wish to do so can also submit the full text of their work to Records of Agricultural and Food Chemistry. Our collaboration with ACG Publications, which began with this special issue publishing the abstracts of the 10th Olive Oil and Table Olive Congress, has paved the way for the dissemination of our high-quality local work to the global scientific community. Our aim is to continue growing and progressing. One of our goals is to position our organization as a central hub in global olive research, particularly focusing on Aegean olives, in the fields of global olive production, industry, and application, with a greaternumber of international participants. We will achieve this goal together with you, our valued congress and festival participants, and the readers of the Records of Agricultural and Food Chemistry journal. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the management of E.O.S.P EURO EXPO, Aristoteles University, International Hellenic University, Gebze Technical University and ACG PUBLICATIONS, the journal editors and editorial board members, the reviewers who evaluated the papers, and the congress and festival secretariat for creating a sustainable platform for the participation of people from many fields such as agriculturalists, food engineers, chemists, biologists, pharmacists, and medical professionals from around the world. While thanking all stakeholders once again for their participation and contributions, we would like to express our eagerness to continue walking this path together in the coming years.
