Respondents were willing to pay an average of twenty two thousand one hundred and six Naira eighty Kobo with standard deviation of twelve thousand nine hundred and ninety seven Naira eighty Kobo only. The determinants of WTP for routine immunization services include educational status, monthly income, place of delivery, health care expenditure and knowledge on benefit of routine immunization services and the age of the head of household. Also, the pseudo-adjusted coefficient of determination revealed was 0.235.
