Pelatihan William Flexion Exercise Untuk Mengatasi Low Back Pain Miogenik

Nyeri punggung bawah miogenik berhubungan dengan stress/strain otot punggung, tendon, dan ligamnet yang biasanya ada bila melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari yang berlebihan. Prevalensi nyeri punggung bawah mencapai 84%, nyeri punggung bawah kronis 23%, dan sebanyak 12% populasi menjadi cacat karena nyeri punggung bawah. Faktor mekanik seperti mengangkat dan membawa barang. Kondisi ini menyebabkan penderita merasakan nyeri hingga keterbatasan luas gerak sendi yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas fungsional. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, perubahan sikap dan perilaku dalam upaya membantu mengurangi nyeri punggung bawah. Metode yang diterapkan adalah memberikan pelatihan William Flexion Exercise Untuk Mengatasi Low Back Pain Miogenik melalui video yang disebar melalui beberapa social media seperti instagram, youtube dan facebook. terbukti bahwa William Flexion Exercise dapat mengurangi nyeri punggung bawah, meningkatkan luas gerak sendi dan mencegah terjadinya kekakuan sendi.

Myogenic low back pain is associated with stress / strain of the back muscles, tendons, and ligaments that are usually present when doing excessive daily activities. The prevalence of low back pain reaches 84%, 23% chronic low back pain, and as much as 12% of the population becomes disabled due to low back pain. Mechanical factors such as lifting and carrying goods. This condition causes sufferers to feel pain to the extent of limitation joint of motion which can interfere with functional activities. Therefore, the aim of this program is to provide training to increase knowledge, and change behavior in effort to help reduce low back pain. The method applied is to provide William Flexion Exercise to Overcome Myogenic Low Back Pain through videos which are distributed through several social media such as Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. It is proven that the William Flexion Exercise can reduce low back pain, increase joint range of motion and prevent joint stiffness.
