Los miomas uterinos son tumores benignos que surgen en el miometrio. Actualmente, los miomas uterinos tienen una prevalencia del 25 al 40% en mujeres por debajo de los 50 años. Se presenta el caso clínico de una paciente de 30 años que se somete a una miomectomía, realizándose un Proceso de Atención de Enfermería (PAE) según la valoración de las necesidades de Virginia Henderson, determinándose los diagnósticos, objetivos e intervenciones, utilizando la nomenclatura NANDA, NOC Y NIC.
