Rectangular bonade of unbleached loin and dark brown wool yarn. The tissue is a reconstruction. The pattern consists of a stretcher with crosses in squares and a center mirror with pattern figures in rows; geometric patterns with “mouth belt stars,” virgins, run-duded stars, birds, stars, riders, “burning candles.” Frances of the Warp.
Throat stitch sewn around the edges of the short sides in the liner layer to scratch the fabric.
On the back a stitched fabric label with the text: Copy The object’s species o denomination: Bonad, “The stars” Technology o Size: Finn tissue 0.70 x 1.85 m Material: Swedish-o home-grown flax (not hand-spun)

Solve a label of light blue paper from the General Swedish District Agriculture Meeting in Axvall in 1935 where the bonade was exhibited by the Göteborg and Bohusläns Hemslöjdsförening.
