Der rechtliche Schutz ausländischer Investitionen in China ist in der Vergangenheit in seiner Gesamtheit wenig untersucht worden. Das Auslandsinvestitionsgesetz der Volksrepublik China vom 1. Januar 2020 (AIG) bietet hierzu jedoch einen besonderen Anlass, da es als eine Art Grundgesetz für ausländische Investitionen zahlreiche Facetten dieses Schutzes adressiert. Maja Ruhl analysiert in ihrer Arbeit, ob und in welchem Umfang das AIG sich auf den Schutz ausländischer Investitionen auswirken kann.
