KHAKASSIA: EVOLUTION OF POLITIC-LEGAL STATUS (1917-1930)

В данной статье рассмотрены основные этапы эволюции политико - правового статуса хакасов в 1917-1930-е гг. Подчеркивается, что в указанный период обсуждались различные варианты самоопределения этноса, изменялись формы территориальной организации Хакасии: от уезда - через округ - к автономной области. Провозглашение советской государственности хакасов в форме автономной области явилось возможным благодаря волеизъявлению народа и участию в этом процессе государственных и партийных органов Р С Ф С Р.
The main stages of evolution of politic - legal status of khakas people in 1917-1930 years are considered in the article. It is underlined that at the indicated period different variants of peoples' self - determination are discussed, the forms of territorial organizations in Khakasia: from uezd - through okrug - to autonomous region are changed. Declarations of the Soviet political system of khakas people in the form of autonomous region are possible to wishes of people and participation in this process of the state and party bodies of Russian Soviet Federation Socialist Republic.
