The research conducted by the author aims to describe the role of Nagari Customary Density in resolving land disputes in Anduring Nagari. The Minangkabau tribe residing in West Sumatra is known to have a matrilineal kinship system, which is the origin of the woman (mother).One from of pusako is ulayat land, the problem of pusako land is often disputes between communities in Minangkabau. One alternative is to settle land disputes, one of which is done through Kerapatan Adat Nagari (KAN) in Regional Regulation Number 13 of 1983 concerning Nagari as a Customary Law Community Unit in the Province of West Sumatra.. This is interesting to research by the author, with the main problem of how is the function of Nagari Adat Density (KAN) to resolve the pusako land conflict in Minangkabau, especially in Nagari Anduring, Padang Pariaman Regency. This study uses a sociological-juridical method by recruiting primay data and secondary data. The results showed that the role of Adat Nagari Anduring Density (KAN) in Padang Pariaman Regency has weakened and is experiencing a decline, due to resolving land problems in Anduirng village, Padang Pariaman Regency made a decision not to have legal force to force and depend on both parties, the laws and regulations on settlement inheritance land disputes basically have to regulate the dispute settlement process by deliberation and end with a peace decision issued by Kerapatan Adat Nagari (KAN).
