Rozdelenie rizikových faktorov a prevencia pred chybami v základnom výcviku VFR

View through CrossRef
This article deals with the analysis of risk factors and errors in pilot training under VFR rules. The focus is on meteorological, technical, operational, environmental, and human factors affecting training safety. The work applies knowledge of human factors and safety models, including the SHELL model, Reason’s Swiss cheese model, and the Threat and Error Management approach. Based on the analysis, the most common errors of student pilots during different flight phases are identified. The result of the paper is a set of measures aimed at reducing errors and improving training safety from the perspective of both training organizations and student pilots. The objective was achieved by identifying key risks and proposing practical recommendations for safer VFR training.
