Manajemen Proses di Penambangan Hard Coal Mining

Manajemen proses saat ini menjadi konsep yang semakin berkembang dalam manajemen organisasi. Artikel ini menyajikan pendekatan manajemen yang umum digunakan, yaitu pendekatan proses dan manajemen proses. Permasalahan ini cukup kompleks karena banyaknya proses yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan pertambangan batubara keras. Klasifikasi proses menurut tiga kategori seperti: proses manajemen, proses inti dan proses pendukung dibahas. Perhatian diberikan pada efisiensi dan efektivitas proses dan langkah-langkah yang digunakan untuk mengelola proses-proses tersebut. Tujuan kognitif dari artikel ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang penggunaan manajemen proses di perusahaan hard coal mining. Secara khusus, proses Manajemen Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) dan “Perlindungan Lingkungan” (EP) telah dianalisis.
