<b>Russian Abstract:</b> В представленной работе проводится анализ одной из важнейших задач любой инновационной экономики – выработки правильной инновационной политики. Работа предлагает обзор основных инструментов реализации инновационной политики и их систематизацию. Каждый инструмент инновационной политики подвергнут теоретическому анализу и снабжен примерами из международной практики.
<b>English Abstract:</b> This study presents an analysis of one of the most important tasks of any innovative economy – innovation policy development. The work provides an overview of the main instruments for implementation of innovation policy and their systematization. Each instrument of innovation policy is subjected to theoretical analysis and examples from an international practice are provided.
