BIOGRAPHY RECONSTRUCTION OF V.M. DESYATNIKOV (PERIOD OF 1925–1933)

Всероссийский (ранее – Всесоюзный) научно-исследовательский институт авиационных материалов (ВИАМ), созданный в 1932 г. – это крупнейшее материаловедческое предприятие, имеющее статус Государственного научного центра Российской Федерации. История ВИАМ – это становление и развитие в нашей стране авиационного материаловедения – комплексной научной дисциплины, включающей широкий спектр научных школ и направлений. Одним из малоизученных вопросов в истории института остаются биографии его первых руководителей. Именно им принадлежит ведущая роль в организации и налаживании научно-технической деятельности ВИАМ в 1930-е гг., а, следовательно, и в развитии авиационного материаловедения в нашей стране. Во второй из цикла статей о начальнике ВИАМ Василии Матвеевиче Десятникове (1883–1953 гг.) рассматривается период его жизненного пути с 1925 г. по 1933 г. В названный период В.М. Десятников занимал руководящие должности на различных промышленных предприятиях и в учреждениях: Техническо-производственном управлении (ТПУ) Главного управления военной промышленности (Главвоенпром; ГУВП), Коломенском машиностроительном заводе, Государственном авиационном заводе № 1 имени Авиахима, Всесоюзном объединении авиационной промышленности (ВАО). После окончания Высших академических курсов при Народном комиссариате тяжелой промышленности (НКТП) СССР в Москве и получения специальности инженера-механика по производству самолетов, Василий Матвеевич работал начальником Авиаремтреста (Всесоюзного авиационного треста ремонтно-запасного производства) и руководил ликвидационной комиссией при переводе треста из Ленинграда в Москву и «вливании» в Спецавиатрест. В 1933 г. В.М. Десятников был назначен начальником ВИАМ. In the second cycle of articles about the chief of VIAM Vasily Matveevich Desyatnikov (1883–1953) the period of his life journey from 1925 to 1933 is considered. During this period, V.M. Desyatnikov held senior positions at various industrial enterprises and institutions: Technical and production Department of the Main Department of military industry, at the Kolomna machine-building plant, State aviation plant № 1 named after Aviachim, in the All-Union Association of the aviation industry. After graduating from the Higher academic courses at The people's Commissariat of heavy industry of the USSR in Moscow and obtaining a degree of mechanical engineer for the production of aircraft, Vasily Matveevich worked as head of the All-Union aviation trust of repair and spare production and led the liquidation Commission in his transfer from Leningrad to Moscow and "infusion" in a Special aviation trust. In 1933, V.M. Desyatnikov has been appointed head of VIAM. The article is based on archival documents of the Russian State Archive of the economy, the Russian State Archive of socio-political history, the Russian State Archive in Samara.
