The substantial law applicable before the Special Tribunal of Lebanon “critical analysis”

This research explains the Substantive Law applicable before the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, and which is based on the following: The crime of terrorism (Article 314 of the Lebanese Criminal Code, Articles 6 & 7 of the Lebanese Law); The crime of conspiracy to commit a crime of terrorism (Article 207 of the Lebanese Criminal Code); The crime of murder and attempted murder (Articles 547, 549, 201, 202 & 203 of the Lebanese Criminal Code); The crime of committing a professional error (Article 60 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence); The crime of contempt of the Tribunal Court for Lebanon and obstruction of its justice (Article 60 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence); The Criminal Responsibility of each of the above mentioned crimes which includes: The perpetrator and the accomplice (Articles 212 & 213 of the Lebanese Criminal Code); Plurality of Offences “Physical and Moral” (Articles 181 & 182 of the Lebanese Criminal Code, and 205 till 208 of the Lebanese Criminal Code).
