The purpose of the study: in the modern economy, the importance of ensuring the trend directions of doing business in accordance with the current global and regional changes is increasing. The instability of Kazakhstan's external geopolitics and internal economic difficulties require further work, determining the mechanisms and features of the application of business engineering processes, which, without loss of competitiveness, will lead business structures to further revival, flexibly functioning in accordance with new requirements. Research methods used: in this research work, methods of synthesis analysis, methods of converting abstract into real and system-wide analysis, the use of statistical and comparative-prognostic research methods are used. Research results: to show concepts related to the ability to use favorable approaches of the engineering process for smooth business and its activation in the conditions of modern fluctuations of economic and social changes. At the same time, to summarize the fundamental principles of business process engineering and analyze specific tasks and stages, approximate models of business engineering in the organization of entrepreneurial activity. conclusions of the study: identification of directions that allow for easy overcoming and further revival of modern crisis situations of domestic entrepreneurship using technologies and organizational and structural models and other rational mechanisms of business engineering.
