In the sheets of the calendars is printed the calendar of the current year, usually with the santoral and advertising of products and commercial establishments or information of general interest as the General Guide of Barcelona that includes the calendar of Chocolates Juncosa. They were a gift from the manufacturer or merchant to their customers and became at the same time an advertising vehicle of their products and trades.
